Hoard

Multiplayer PSN / Steam action strategy game. Awarded "Best Quick Fix" by IGN

With Hoard the visual style we were going for was to make it look like a table top game made of tiles. Hoard was made for the PS3 but since we developed on the PC we also launched on Steam. We prototyped Hoard in game maker in 2D first, it was so much fun. We player the 2D version for months before we got the 3D version up and running. Hoard was so much fun to play that one of the biggest challenges was spending more time developing the game than playing it.
