Fae Farm

Magical fairy farm sim released on Nintendo. Nominated for "Family Game of the Year" at DICE Awards. Also nominated for a Golden Joystick Award.

I was one of the first people to be invited to join the core Fae Farm prototype team due to the diversity of my skills and having lots of prototyping experience. For this project I oversaw quality control for all art assets, managed the package size, and was responsible for the art pipeline. I started by optimizing the materials and geometry to increase the base performance. I made some Blutilites to help make the content creators more efficient and optimized the landscape RVT to improve performance. For the first DLC I helped create a vertex animation texture system to dramatically improve the performance of the many creatures we had. I really enjoyed working on such a cozy game is was a pleasure to get to play the finished game.
